Aye Pwint June is a 35-year-old Myanmar helper who is married and has 2 years of work experience. She mentioned that she has two children of her own and personally cared for them since they were young. Through raising her own children, she has gained hands-on experience in managing children’s daily routines and needs.
She shared that she previously worked for a family living in an apartment, consisting of the employer, the employer’s husband, and a 6-month-old baby. Her responsibilities included caring for the baby, cooking, cleaning, ironing, and managing general household duties. She mentioned that she is comfortable with newborn care as she has experience taking care of her own children and a 6-month-old baby. She is able to handle daily childcare tasks such as feeding, bathing, diaper changing, and providing care according to the child’s routine. She shared that she prefers childcare and is not comfortable handling elderly care.
She is able to follow recipes and is willing to learn more cooking styles according to the employer’s preference. She can manage general household duties including cleaning, laundry, ironing and maintaining household cleanliness.
Through the interaction at the training centre, she appears to be a patient and cheerful person. She is comfortable with cats and dogs, and mentioned that she has experience taking care of dogs by feeding and bathing them. She is also comfortable sleeping together with the child if required.
Families with newborn or childcare needs may consider her based on her hands-on childcare experience, mothering experience and willingness to learn

We realized that many agencies have overlooked the essence of service – understanding the genuine needs of both employers and employees.
Our company aim to integrate the current technology to make the hiring processes seamless for employer and they can do it even at the comfort of their home. This could significantly lower the cost to as low as the bare cost of direct hiring a helper. Our vision was born out of this understanding, and with a determination to bridge this gap, Easy Hire Maid Agency was established.
